Dear Task Force Members,
We are meeting tonight at 6:00 PM CT to finalize several key logistics as we push closer to our massive October weekend. Please feel free to share the Zoom link and invite anyone interested in joining our restoration efforts.
Tonight’s Agenda:
New Business Cards: Fresh cards are on the way! Melinda will describe the new designs for the team.
Memphis Historic Cemetery Network Meeting (Oct 1–2): I will arrive in Memphis at noon on Thursday, October 1st. We need to coordinate who else from the task force is available to attend and represent our project at this meeting.
Printed Promo Materials: The physical posters, flyers, and postcards for our October events are officially printed and ready to ship. We need hands on deck to share them all over the city. If you can help distribute them, please let me know so I can mail you a batch from Chicago.
Website Updates: Reviewing our latest digital progress and public outreach.
Documentary Updates: The latest production updates from Augusta and the film crew as we prepare to capture the benefit concert and the 3-day cleanup on camera.
Have your notes ready, and I will see you all on the screen tonight!
Warmly,
~dianegreen
