Thank you all for your incredible work as we step into July. We have a packed agenda for tonight’s weekly Zoom meeting as we coordinate our immediate infrastructure needs, review our public outreach, and push forward on our long-term historical preservation goals.

Meeting Agenda:
- Logistics & Sourcing Fill Dirt: We are continuing to track our options for grading and ground stabilization. Will we be able to secure access to the free fill dirt we have been hunting for? We’ll review our current leads and logistics.
- Current Landscaping Phase Wrap-Up: We will evaluate our progress with Ryan Payne’s Cutting Edge Landscaping crew. Let’s discuss finishing this intensive phase of heavy clearing and what immediate areas need final inspection.
- Website Newsletter Feedback: Our first official volunteer and friend newsletter was deployed from our new website hub. We want to gather everyone’s thoughts, edits, and feedback on the layout and messaging..
- Documentary Production Progress: We look forward to hearing the latest updates on the film tracking our restoration journey, including upcoming interview schedules or editing milestones.
- Tennessee Historical Commission Listing: Securing an official listing on the state register is a massive milestone for Hollywood Cemetery’s long-term protection, visibility, and grant eligibility. What’s the latest update on our application status and documentation requirements?
